Hello, I’m Stacy Tatum — also known as
Gabrielle Rose and RareBird.

Stacy 2025 FB Profile.jpg

I am a meditation teacher, healing arts facilitator, empowerment coach, and performing artist with over two decades of experience blending creativity, mindfulness, movement, and conscious living into practical tools for healing and self-empowerment. My work supports individuals and groups in reconnecting with their inner strength, creativity, and awareness through creative healing practices that engage the mind, body, and spirit.

Relevant Training & Experience

Stacy’s work is grounded in both formal education and extensive lived experience, with a strong emphasis on creativity as a pathway for healing, insight, empowerment and conscious living. She holds certifications in Therapeutic Arts, Trauma Healing Coaching, Meditation Coaching, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which inform her creative, trauma-aware approach to emotional regulation, self-expression, and embodied awareness. She also holds a Diploma in Peace & Conflict Studies, providing a foundation in non-violent communication, mediation and compassion-based inquiry.

Stacy's approach is further shaped by many years of dedicated study and practice in creative healing traditions, including sacred dance, shamanic journeying, brain-balancing and integrative movement practices, the study of tarot as a tool for reflection and self-inquiry, and a wide range of embodied and contemplative practices that support intentional, conscious living. These modalities are used as creative tools for awareness, meaning-making, and personal empowerment.

Alongside her work in meditation and creative healing, Stacy toured nationally and internationally as a professional performing artist, collaborating with large-scale creative performance troupes including The Pink Flamingos, The 3Painters, and Artrageous. She performed in theaters, arenas, festivals, and corporate events—bringing together live painting, movement, music, storytelling, and collaborative performance as vehicles for connection, transformation, and shared experience.

Through her teaching, facilitation, and artistic work, Stacy has supported individuals and groups of all ages and levels of experience, including extensive experience facilitating meditation and creative and mindfulness-based practices in her community and with the clients at her local domestic abuse shelter. She creates accessible creative healing spaces that invite curiosity, presence, and authentic expression, integrating mindfulness and meditation with artistic and movement-based practices to help people reconnect with resilience, imagination, authenticity, and healing.

In addition to teaching and coaching, Stacy is occasionally available as a solo artist for events, offering live painting, creative performance, and immersive art, meditation, sacred dance healing experiences for retreats, conferences, celebrations, and special gatherings.

She is the founder of RareBird Creative Space, a platform dedicated to healing, empowerment and conscious living through creativity, meditation, and embodied practice.
