Cancellation Policy

RareBird Classes & Private Sessions Policy To help create a respectful and supportive container, please review the following: Scheduling & Payment All private sessions are booked and paid for in advance through the website. Cancellations & Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, are not eligible for refund. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to honor other commitments. Zoom Sessions Sessions are held live on Zoom. Your private Zoom link will be sent automatically after booking. Confidentiality All sessions are held in a private and confidential container, with the exception of circumstances required by law. Scope of Practice Private sessions are offered as supportive, educational, and reflective practices. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
